Stable Cottage is a comfortable, relaxing
and facility-packed self-catering accommodation where you are
sure to feel very much at home.
The cottage has been converted from a 130 year old Grade II listed
building into high quality five star, M3 standard, holiday accommodation
– ideal for able bodies and disabled people. It is situated
in the courtyard on a working farm, where guests are welcome to
roam the land and watch seasonal activities including lambing,
calf feeding and harvesting.
The accommodation features wide access doors and emergency cords
and offers three bedrooms that all have tea and coffee making
facilities, TV with DVD, stereo CD player, clock and hair dryer.
Upstairs offers 1 king size and 1 twin room and a family bathroom
with Jacuzzi bath, shower and WC. Downstairs offers a double room
with a monkey pole above the bed, if required, and a disabled
access en-suite shower/wet room and WC.
The whole of the ground floor is on one level and has been carefully
designed to allow people who are disabled to enjoy the delights
this property has to offer.
The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner makes for easy social holiday
living with TV with DVD and basic Sky package and stereo.
The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher
and washer dryer located in the entrance hall and has been designed
for all with space underneath the hob and sink for wheelchair
users.
On the covered decked veranda there is a hot tub to seat four
and a built in BBQ perfect for those who like to relax in the
shade, whilst outside there is a private patio area with table
and chairs.
Bed linen, towels, toiletries, electric and full oil fired central
heating are included along with plenty of parking. A travel cot
and high chair are available, if required. One dog by arrangement.
